NOTICEOFUPDATEOFPARTNERS AND SHAREHOLDERS:EXTENSION

In accordance with article 27 section A, paragraph II and section B, paragraph VI of the Fiscal Code of the Federation, it is an obligation of taxpayers to submit a notice to the Tax Administration Service within thirty business days after a modification or addition of partners or shareholders is made.

This year the RMF established an extension for the filing of the aforementioned notice. Therefore, if you have not yet submitted it, you can do so no later than March 31, 2021.
